While most of the neo-Latin terminology I’ve seen appertaining to the microblogging platform Twitter has been built around the verb pipiare, I am not surprised that Fr. Reginald Foster, a.k.a. Reggie, has his own – elegant and classical – take on things: breviloqui.

In other news from Reggie, it shouldn’t be too much longer before we see his book treating of the teaching of the Latin language. Ørberg has won my teaching heart, but I’ll order Ossa Latinitatis sola just as soon as it’s in print!
